The Opportunity:
We’re growing fast, and we want you to be part of our success story! We’re on the hunt for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our Operations Team. You’ll take charge of delivering traffic data projects that exceed client expectations while working closely with a passionate team of professionals.

This full-time role is based in our Maidenhead office (37.5 hours/week), with flexible hybrid options (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) or fully remote for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Client’s Go-To: Build strong client relationships and keep them informed at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Communicate Effectively: Use your top-notch verbal and written communication skills to keep everyone aligned.
• Optimise  Resources: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet client requirements.
• Focus on Quality: Collaborate with teams to deliver accurate, high-quality data while mitigating risks.
• Drive Profitability: Monitor budgets and maximise project profitability.
• Innovate: Identify process improvements and share insights with the Project Team Lead.
• Support Leadership: Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced, process-driven environment (technical project experience is a plus).
• Exceptional planning, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail.
• Excellent negotiation and risk management capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure.
