Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for optimising logistics and operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly skilled Resource Scheduler to join our vibrant Site Operations Team at our Maidenhead office.


About the Role

As a Resource Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in maximising site order fulfilment across the UK. You will embody our core values of prioritising customer needs, taking ownership of your responsibilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our Maidenhead office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient Route Management: Utilise fleet routing software to optimise technician utilisation and ensure efficient deployment of survey equipment across all regions.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Coordinate shift organisation and technician deployment, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Equipment Management: Assign and manage equipment requirements, aligning with our low-cost model KPIs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement controls to maximise safety related to shift and driving times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in logistical planning systems and processes.


Requirements

  • Accountability and Integrity: Proven track record of delivering results with integrity and excellence.
  • Work Planning Experience: Previous experience in work planning and scheduling, with a focus on optimising resource utilisation and prioritising customer needs.
  • High-Level Planning Skills: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, ensuring a customer-first approach.
  • Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, with a curious mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Fleet Management Software: Experience with fleet management software; familiarity with Optimoroute or similar is beneficial.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Good understanding of UK geography.
  • Microsoft Excel Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, promoting open communication and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
