About the Role
As a Resource Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in maximising site order fulfilment across the UK. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our Maidenhead office.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Route Management: Utilise fleet routing software to optimise technician utilisation and ensure efficient deployment of survey equipment across all regions.
- Scheduling and Communication: Coordinate shift organisation and technician deployment, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Equipment Management: Assign and manage equipment requirements, aligning with our low-cost model KPIs.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement controls to maximise safety related to shift and driving times.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in logistical planning systems and processes.
Requirements
- Accountability and Integrity: Proven track record of delivering results with integrity and excellence.
- Work Planning Experience: Previous experience in work planning and scheduling, with a focus on optimising resource utilisation and prioritising customer needs.
- High-Level Planning Skills: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, with a curious mindset for continuous improvement.
- Fleet Management Software: Experience with fleet management software; familiarity with Optimoroute or similar is beneficial.
- Geographical Knowledge: Good understanding of UK geography.
- Microsoft Excel Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, promoting open communication and a customer-centric mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
