We’re looking for a Senior Site Technician to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality transport survey projects across the UK. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic environment, Intelligent Data is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Install, maintain, and and remove survey equipment with an established technical skill set, demonstrating expertise in equipment setup and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Project Support: Actively support large-scale installations and lead team efforts on major project setups.
• Leadership Development: Develop knowledge in supervision and team leadership for large projects while mentoring junior technicians.
• Data Capture Proficiency: Demonstrate full understanding of IDC surveys and the IDC process for accurate data capture.
• Problem Solving: Operate as a fully proficient lone worker with a strong solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Company Standards: Exhibit a through understanding of Intelligent Data’s Mission, Values, and Standards, ensuring all tasks align with organisational goals.

Work Schedule:

• Annualised hours contract based on 37 hours per week over 5 days.
• Flexible hours: longer shifts during peak periods and reduced hours during quieter times.
• Regular weekend work during peak periods; occasional off-peak weekend shifts may be required.
• Some assignments will involve overnight hotel stays.

• Mandatory leave periods during quieter times allow for a full week off while using only two days from your holiday entitlement—maximizing your time to recharge and pursue personal interests.

​Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Full UK driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry or a similar technical role.
• Advanced technical aptitude and familiarity with power tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility with working hours and travel across the UK.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

• Salary range from £32,000–£36,000 based on industry experience
