Your Mission

As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success. Under the guidance of our Senior Business Coordinator, you'll:

• Delve into Client Requests: Swiftly and accurately devise solutions for client quote requests
• Craft Winning Tenders: Construct bespoke tenders for unique projects using our specialised data collection methods.
• Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships and offer valuable insights to secure projects.
• Grow with Us: Enjoy comprehensive training, expand your skills, and explore new opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct project tenders
• Ensure accuracy of client and project paperwork
• Engage with clients to gather essential information
• Build and manage client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• High IT literacy (Outlook, Excel)
• Customer service expertise
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous office experience or a business-based degree is a plus
